Dear Nikil

Dear Nikil Viswanathan,

I never once talked to you over iMessages like you talked about. We had slack. I tried to message you a few times. I was kinda scared of talking to a CEO. I am never sure what to do or think when the CEO comes over.

I liked your company. However, I don’t think you should do 2-FA for people. The experience is bad. I built a bunch of crypto systems – and that was all ignored. I spent a year managing servers for you – my crypto systems have audited multiple times by cryptographers and mathematicians. That was ignored by my manager.

I need help with Kraken. I bought Eth when I first joined your company. Bad idea. I should have bought Bitcoin.

However, Kraken also shut me out. It wants 2-FA – but only after I deposited money. And only after. I don’t have the second factor they suddenly want. I had it logged in on two machines. I checked sending $10 to them in eth. I checked sending to two different machines I have. I gave them my passport TWICE.

That is a terrible experience for people. That is not okay. I am ready to figuratively stab someone. I’m just trying to pay my mortgage after you decided to fire me in favor of a devops shop – fine.

Do I need a retina scan somewhere in your worldcoin vision – no. Please, talk to Kraken. They have no support as far as I can tell. Just AI nonsense. I gave them my passport and everything multiple times now. I had already done it – and now they’re not giving me my money. “Progressive auth == excuse to hold money.”

Progressive auth is not okay. Do people have the key? Which device has the passkey? Do they still have that device?

Pay my mortgage please. Talk to Kraken.

I believe in you and in ethereum.
